My dad passed recently, did not have money for a funeral so we decided cremation. Florencia has made the process so easy and she kept us informed along the way, if we had any questions she did not hesitate to answer her phone right away. Sad I have to go through this, but thank you for making everything so easy during this time of grief. We are forever grateful
